What are your business hours?

Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express (online) or a Cashier's Check via mail. We also offer seller financing on select lots.

How long does it take to receive the (stamped) deed after I purchase?

Please allow 30 days after purchase for the entire process. This includes considering enough time to record the deed with the County's office where the land is located. 

What type of deed will I receive?

It varies. It may be a warranty deed, quit claim deed, etc. Please consult with us before completing a purchase.

Do you have a return policy?

Buyer may cancel only by delivering written electronic (e-mail) notice of cancellation to Seller before Closing Date. Please consult with us before completing a purchase.

I don't see what I'm looking for. Can you help me find vacant land to buy?

We're affiliated with a community of other investors, throughout the United States, who may have a more suitable match. Our Real Estate Agent-owner may also be able to assist you.

Do you purchase land with houses/structures on it?

We don't purchase land with improvements on it, at this time. However, we're looking to start in 2025. Our Real Estate Agent-owner may also be able to assist you with finding or selling a property with a structure.

I'm a seller. Do you have a list of buyers who may be interested in my property (if it doesn't meet your criteria)?
